Abstract: Under the background of intelligent manufacturing, the production mode of enterprises tends to be diversified and the production environment becomes more and more complex. Efficient scheduling and optimization technology is the core of operation management in manufacturing industry, which can reduce the cost, improve the utilization rate of resources, and increase customer satisfaction. Specifically, we introduce AGV scheduling, joint scheduling of AGV and intelligent production, distributed replacement flow shop scheduling, group scheduling and other problems in the field of intelligent manufacturing, and their corresponding evolutionary optimization algorithms.
Personal Introduction: Sang Hongyan, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Director of Human Resource Department, Liaocheng University, Teaching Master of Shandong Province, is the Executive Deputy Director of the Intelligent Simulation Optimization and Scheduling Committee of the China Simulation Society, Senior Member of CCF, Member of the Production Systems Committee of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, Member of the Natural Computing and Digital Intelligent Cities Committee of the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence, Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Region I Journal Expert Systems with Applications and Swarm and Evolutionary Computation. He is mainly engaged in the research of intelligent optimization scheduling theory, method and application, etc. He has presided over more than 10 national, provincial and ministerial research projects, and won more than 10 research awards such as the First Prize of Excellent Research Achievements of Shandong Higher Education Institutions.
