Title: Intelligent Scheduling Optimization and Prospects for Industrial and Service  Systems

Time: 9:30, May 16, 2025 (Friday)

Location: Library (East Hall) Conference Room 2

Abstract: With the deep integration of the new generation of information technology  and manufacturing and service industries, the industry is promoting optimization and  upgrading, cost reduction and burden reduction, and striving to achieve high-end,  intelligent and green. In the process of globalization, distributed scheduling has become  an inevitable trend to realize the networked manufacturing and service paradigm; in the  path of healthy development, green scheduling is an inevitable way to realize the  ecological manufacturing and service paradigm. Given the large-scale, nonlinear,  strongly constrained, multi-objective, uncertain, and many other complexities of  manufacturing and service systems, the application of methods based on mathematical models is limited, and the scheduling process is a huge challenge to achieve global, efficient, and robust optimization. The integration of model analysis and data parsing, the collaboration of knowledge-driven and group intelligence, and the synergy of machine learning and operations research optimization are expected to be an effective way for the design of intelligent scheduling optimization methods for complex manufacturing and service systems.
